This portion of Four-Seasons Development is located along the shoreline of Lac des Sitelles, one of Quebec’s true natural treasures.
Lac des Sitelles is a private lake that is navigable without a motor boat (unless you intend to use an electric model). It is one of the largest ecological lakes in the Estrie region, with its 60-foot depth and its surface of 1.61 by 3.22 km.
With boat slips for residents, this sector provides direct access to four private beaches.
